V-1, a front-end loader, was traveling in reverse southbound on 2nd Street Southwest at Avenue C Southwest. V-2 was stopped, southbound, directly behind front-end loader, when the operator backed over V-2 and came to final rest. Driver red car suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
