We are looking for images that represent Polk County Landmarks and all the wonderful things that make us unique. Images that are selected will be used in the future on our website and/or social media to represent all that Polk County has to offer. To submit your work for consideration, please follow the steps below:
Send your selection of photos to [email protected] by10 a.m. on August 19, 2021.
While we cannot use every photo submitted, Communications will reserve the right to use your work in our publications and on the website.
Photos must be your own work and not copyrighted. By submitting them you are giving Polk County permission to use them. The minimum size is 300 dpi (3000 pixels). Your email size can be no larger than 20MB.File Format: We will accept a .jpg at high-quality compression size or RAW photos. Please shoot at the highest resolution possible. Do not send PDFs or images placed in Microsoft Word as they will not be considered. Photos with names, logos, dates, or time-stamps embedded cannot be used. You must also include a 50 word or less description of each photograph submitted.
