Is your local business, group, or organization looking for a way to give back to the community? City of Lakeland, FL – Government Lakes and Stormwater Division is introducing a new Adopt-a-Road Program as a welcomed addition to our Adopt-a-Lake Program!
During heavy rain events, trash along roadways is washed down into the storm drains which directly discharges to the City’s lakes, ponds, or wetland areas. With your help, we can keep our roadways and lakes clean and litter-free!
We encourage volunteers to partner with the City of Lakeland and be an active part of a community working together to achieve an exceptional quality of life!
