Brandon Rafool will serve as Judge on the Polk County Court, Governor Ron DeSantis said in a news release Thursday.
Rafool has served as the Managing Partner of The Rafool Firm since 2002 and has been a litigator since 1992.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a law degree from Stetson University. Rafool fills the vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Lori Winstead.
