Southeastern University’s Center for Women in Leadership (CWL) will host Senator Kelli Stargel on its Lakeland campus on Tuesday, September 28. Stargel will be in room S107 of the Science building at 9 a.m. She will share about her journey to earning a position as senator and lessons on leadership. There will also be time for a brief Q&A.
Stargel has been serving as a Florida Senator, specifically representing Lakeland, since 2012. In addition to being a politician, she is a wife, mother, grandmother, and beloved by her community. She is passionate about education, helping small businesses, and supporting veterans. Stargel’s leadership and vision are making a lasting impact on the Polk County community.
The event is free and is open to the public.
