Letter to the Editor — Lakeland is at a fork in the road….do we vote CONSTITUTIONAL or MARXIST on November 2?

Lakeland is now the CENTRAL spotlight in the State of Florida. A vote will be cast on Nov 2, 2021, for the future of this quaint city. 

Your vote WILL DETERMINE if Lakeland wants to be the American Constitutional City or the Communist Marxist City. 

The choice is yours! 

Last night at the Political Hob Nob in Lakeland, all 6 candidates were present. We had 3 local constitutional business leaders, 1 non-local political RINO, 1 local Liberal Tallahassee Politician, and 1 local BLM endorsed liberal. 

I have read the articles about why I am not voting for Mayor Mutz.

Now, I will show you why you need to vote for Saga Stevin for Mayor! 

Saga Stevin was raised here in Lakeland. Her parents were hard-working as she was growing up. Last night Shandale Terrell (city commissioner candidate) stated that he was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth. We knew what he was implying! Neither was Saga! Saga learned a hard work ethic from her parents. She is an accomplished business leader because of her upbringing. Lakeland has her hand in Saga’s life through her education at Kathleen High School. Saga lived in Minneapolis but came to Lakeland to visit her family frequently. She never lost touch with Lakeland. When Minneapolis went up in flames thanks to BLM, she saw the signs in Lakeland and knows that Lakeland has a target on its back! Last night, BLM endorsed city candidate Allyson Lewis, spoke after Saga, and said that Lakeland does not have a target on its back. Well, Allyson, WE THE PEOPLE DISAGREE!

Saga Stevin will NOT stand with BLM and she will #BACKTHEBLUE 

Saga has met with the Lakeland PD and Polk County Sheriff Department to ask them what is happening in Lakeland. Chief Garcia stated that he was opposed to the body cams that were just voted ‘yea’ by the current city commissioners with Mayor Mutz. They never spoke with the Lakeland PD. This is absolutely DISRESPECTFUL to the Chief and officers! Saga listened to the officers. The Sheriff’s Department said that Lakeland is headed down a Marxist road in LESS THAN 5 YEARS with the current administration in City Hall. 

Wake up Lakeland! Our law enforcement officers know what is going on! 

Saga has support from our Polk County Sheriff Department and Lakeland PD. She received an official ENDORSEMENT FROM LAKELAND FOP on September 29, 2021. This endorsement was humbling. Thank you Fraternal Order of Police! 

Saga wants Lakeland to be FREE under the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence. She is against mandates! She has a medical history/business background and she knows the truth. No masks. No mandatory vaccines. It is a freedom to choose and she is fighting for our freedom! 

Saga also wants the taxpayers to know that the wasteful spending needs to end. She has a plan to help the homeless. Here is a fun fact…did you know that homeless people are brought to Lakeland for medical and mental health treatment with a ONE WAY TICKET?! Yes, this is true. They are treated and released to the streets of Lakeland. This needs to END! 

Saga will be TRANSPARENT about everything because this is OUR CITY! 

IT IS TIME TO TAKE BACK LAKELAND!
