According to Polk County Sheriff’s Office, four more students have been arrested for “criminally escalating matters” at a Kathleen High School protest Monday morning.
In total, 19 students and one teacher have been arrested.
PCSO on Friday arrested a 17-year-old male, a 17-year-old female, a 15-year-old female, and a 14-year-old male — came after investigators reviewed the school’s security video and identified others “who criminally escalated matters beyond a simple protest,” all been arrested on misdemeanor charges.
