Immediate closure, emergency order recommended. Inspector says conditions endanger public health and safety.
Seven total violations, with two high-priority violations:
— High Priority – Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Observed on dry storage shelf.
— High Priority – Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 8 live roaches on wall near food preparation table and hand wash sink in kitchen.
— Intermediate – No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed on cookline, employee replaced paper towels. **Corrected On-Site**
— Basic – Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed male employee during food preparation, employee put on cap. **Corrected On-Site**
— Basic – Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed under, behind, and between kitchen equipment.
— Basic – Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed debris on gaskets in flip top unit on cookline. **food debris on exterior of food bins on dry storage shelf.
— Basic – Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
- Oct. 13: Met standards. Problems from earlier emergency order have been corrected. No violations were found.
