Come to Downtown Lakeland, you can see this every Saturday just before the Downtown Farmers Market. Usually find this outside Cafe Roti and Federal Bar and suspect most if not all of it is from Federal Bar or Linksters as Roti is not open late nor do they sell some of these beverages.
The really sad part is the City of Lakeland has placed multiple trash containers downtown, one just a few feet from where this was found.
