Gina Tullio is a shining example of being an entrepreneur! She has planted herself in Lakeland and opened the Italian Ice and Custard business on December 13, 2021.
She’s a proud business owner who’s employed dozens of people, including teenagers who needed first time job experience. She is investing in Lakeland’s youth.
Gina is also giving Lakeland an economic boost. The building that she is in has been empty for several years. Occupying this great location on 98N will bring in hundreds of customers daily. She is a very sweet woman who loves being a proud owner of an incredible franchise.
Italian ice is a great treat year round for Lakeland. The Italian Ice is made in-house which means it is incredibly fresh and flavorful. There are flavors for everyone.

We LOVE Rita’s and the staff! Everyone is friendly and serve everyone with a smile! The Italian Ice is great! The Banana had FRESH bananas in it as well! The cotton candy brings back childhood memories! What can I say? Well, I will tell you……this establishment and owner are incredible and friendly! We love bringing the family for a special treat!
