Looking more presidential every day, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis recently signed into law a brilliant piece of legislation called the “Don’t Say ‘My Momma So Fat’” Bill, forcing the nation’s democrats to go around all day yelling that their mommas are so fat.
“My momma so fat!” said prominent Florida democrat, Nikki Fried, in response to journalist questions about how her campaign for Florida governor was coming along. “DeSantis is bigoted and my momma so fat. We will not be silenced!”
In a moving display of courageous equity, politicians and celebrities flocked to Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to loudly proclaim the morbid obesity of their mothers. This grassroots effort to push back against the evil Florida governor has received constant media coverage by news anchors and analysts who also openly agreed that their mommas were so fat.
Feeling internal pressure from progressive employees, Disney Studios protested the Florida law by editing the upcoming Lightyear movie so Buzz Lightyear says, “My momma so fat!” over 150 times.
At publishing time, a giggling Ron DeSantis was sitting down at his desk to sign the “Don’t Say ‘I Eat My Boogers’” Bill.
I suggest every teacher in Florida send examples of how these issues, (two moms, going to two dads’ wedding, “I am really a girl”) from children come up in the classroom. I want DeSantis to give you a list of what you can legally say back and what you cannot so you don’t lose your jobs. “Dear Mr. DeSantis. Today a six year old named Joshua wanted to stand in the girls’ line as we went to lunch. I asked him to get in the boys’ line, but he said, “I feel more like a girl.” If I yell and make him change lines, will he be punished or shamed? If I let him go in any darn line he wants, will I be fired after the students go home and tell their parents? Is that the seven day notice in the bill where resolution must be reached or it goes to a lawyer for arbitration? Teachers, take the offense and share your stories in the news and with the Governor before you quickly answer a question and move on to Math. Otherwise, all hell may break loose.
Why would u have a boys and girls line anyways I did not when I was in school. You just lined up by class room not by gender.
Well, we used to have a girls line and a separate boys line when we headed to the bathrooms which were one floor away. So I guess it happens.

I guess I’d listen to the story about moms and dads going to a wedding followed by thanking the child for sharing what happened on the weekend. Then, begin the lesson of the day. Seizing on a child’s innocent remark to start a conversation about gender fluidity is not necessary or professional.
If a child says he feels like a girl and wants to stand in the girl line…this is an excellent opportunity for an important life lesson (which is the approach taken by most mature, loving parents or caregivers) about the fact that we don’t always get to do what WE WANT! Sometimes, we do what the group is doing and sometimes we do what is appropriate for the situation. These are important lessons every human must learn. They must also learn to curb their own desires and emotions from time to time because laws and society demand such controls.
If the teacher doesn’t know these things and hasn’t matured sufficiently to handle him or herself appropriately, they should not be in the classroom.
You just need to quit your job as a teacher if you can’t answer your own simple questions! News Flash- we don’t want your kind in our classrooms!
It’s not always as simple as you think. This is a valid question and should be address appropriately. Instead of down playing the issue. Being sarcastic or belittling teachers for a simple question shame on you. Go walk in a teachers shoes and experience it yourself. Let teachers teach that’s what they went to school for just like you don’t want anyone coming to your job telling how to do it. Point how would you like me to tell you how to raise your kids. You would tell me mind my business too much politics in schools.
“Let teachers teach that’s what they went to school for…” Therein lies the problem. Too many teachers are NOT teaching what they are supposed to be teaching. They are brainwashing children with garbage and trying to sexualize them. This is NOT what parents hire teachers to do. And yes, the parents are paying the salaries, so the teachers answer to the parents. Back when teachers taught school subjects and there wasn’t all this “save the earth, save the whales, LBGTQ ect., and transgender brainwashing, we didn’t have these kinds of problems. Things went along just fine and parents were happy with the education their children received. If teachers want things to go smoothly, all they have to do is get back to teaching “reading, writing, and ‘rithmatic” to the kids and leave the sex and moral education of the children to the parents. It’s really that simple!
I do walk in a teachers shoes. I’m a parent. I don’t need your help teaching my child right and wrong. Up or down, this or that. 2+2, naming the planets, reading.

Hey Teacher, in your own words, he is 6 years old. A Six year may decide he wants to be a horse for a day or a few. Do you send him out to the pasture. This is ridiculous! He Is Six!!!
The scary part of this is someone had to of told this little boy that he had a choice. Teacher maybe? Internet maybe? Siblings who like to tease maybe? I taught for 30+ years, just retired. I had to retire for self preservation. The schools are getting so political now it’s hard to keep up with what’s ok today but wasn’t yesterday, or may not be tomorrow? It’s ridiculous! I wanted to teach my kids math, spelling, history, English(heaven forbid). I wish all the teachers good luck and God speed.

The point is he is 6 Don’t make this into something it’s not. Why do you have a boys and girls line to begin with? We never had these when I was in school. Get back to teach the basics.. That is what you’re being paid for. Stay out of politics and quit being woke. Thank God we have a governor that stands up to this crap.
Going against what we were taught as a child , that god made no mistakes . If someone queered up your brain making you think you can be a different sex if you choose to , Hate them ,not me . God only makes pretty little girls , and busy little boys , he dipid not make a 3 rd gender . Child abuse by a some warped person did that .
