What an honor and privilege it was to share World War II Veteran, Corporal Herman Jenkins, 103rd birthday with him right here in Tiger Town USA.
He threw the first pitch in today’s game honoring all veterans who have served our country. Corporal Jenkins enlisted in the U.S Army in 1943 at the height of World War II and served with distinction with the 3123 Quartermaster Service Company.
