Emergency repairs are underway to repair a Florida Gas Transmission (FGT) pipeline along East Lake Parker Drive just south of Tanglewood Street that was damaged by a car crash Tuesday night. FGT estimates repairs could take up to three days to complete before safely reopening East Lake Parker Drive.
Depending on the direction of travel, traffic will be detoured along Tanglewood Steet or Jungle Street to Combee Road (State Road 659) to bypass repairs. Minor delays are expected, especially during peak hour traffic along Combee Road. Motorists are advised to drive carefully, observe detour signs, and add extra time to trips through the area.
