Keila from Lakeland submitted a reconsideration for a loan but had trouble contacting the Small Business Administration (SBA). The COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program helps small businesses recover from the economic impacts of COVID-19 by providing accessible and borrower-friendly capital. She asked our office for assistance, and we helped her set up a meeting with the SBA.
