Local ballet dancer, Ellie Stayskal, has dreamed of using her God given talent to perform professionally for His glory, and is currently dancing with world renowned Ballet Magnificat”, who is returning to the Lakeland stage on December 6th at the RP Funding Center’s Youkey Theatre in “MOST INCREDIBLE CHRISTMAS”.
Eliie started dancing in Lakeland at the Florida Dance Theatre. Carol Erkes, former owner of Florida Dance Theatre, was the one who encouraged Ellie to pursue her dreams with a professional ballet company. Ellie’s desire was to one day dance for Ballet Magnificat, the PREMIERE CHRISTIAN BALLET COMPANY in America. Her passion for using her gift to bring glory to God is something that Ellie wanted to do. Ellie’s faith in God is front and central in her life, and God is answering her prayers!
She is in her second year with Ballet Magnificat, and although she is not yet part of the main company, she is part of the Events Company (one step down from the main company), which also tours the nation and world.

“MOST INCREDIBLE CHRISTMAS” is a Broadway-style contemporary ballet that tells the story of a town’s contest to find the most extraordinary and incredible thing about the Christmas season.
