DeSantis has not responded to Former President Trump’s fiery broadside at him on Thursday evening, calling him “an average REPUBLICAN Governor with great Public Relations.”
The missive, so lengthy it required four installments on his Truth Social social media platform, is Trump’s sharpest attack on his erstwhile ally to date, and comes on the heels of the former president’s pre- and post-election sniping at DeSantis. It amps up the rhetoric by Trump toward DeSantis, who has become very popular among Republicans, far beyond needling, mocking or barbs.
