
*Ingredients
°2 pounds ground beef or turkey
°3 tsp mince garlic
°1 large onion cut into cubes
°2 1/2 cups water
°1/2 cup beef broth
°1/3 cup olive oil
°2 cans (15 ounces) tomato sauce
°2 (15 ounces) tomatoes
°1 t Italian seasoning
°1 T Adobo Seasoning
°3 bay leaves
°1 ton of seasoned salt
°1/2 ton black pepper
°2 c elbow macaroni
°1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
°1/2 c cheddar cheese
* Methods
In a large skillet, fry ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until half cooked, removing from heat.
Add garlic, onion and olive oil until meat is fully cooked.
Add water, stock, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaf, seasoned salt, pepper, and adobo seasoning. Mix well.
Reduce heat and cover – let cook for 20 min, stir occasionally.
Adding un-cooked elbow macaroni to skillet and stir well until everything is mixed
Covering mixture again and let it simmer for 30 minutes
Once cooked, remove the bay leaves
Just adding cheddar cheese and mix until combined
Adding mozzarella before serve
