Name of Incident: McIntosh Process Water Spill

Incident Description
A temporary repair of an oil/water separator line failed due to surging from ongoing work upstream. The process wastewater collected in the excavated trench. The process water was removed from the trench with a vacuum truck and properly disposed. The total amount of water recovered was approximately 3,500 gallons. It was estimated that about 500 gallons ended up being soaked into the soil. The line has been isolated and a permanent repair is ongoing.
