Yates Road will close to traffic at the intersection with West Pipkin Road for six days starting Monday morning March 13 to install a water line as part of Polk County’s West Pipkin Road widening project. Traffic will be detoured along Lunn Road to bypass the work zone during the closure.
Motorists are advised to drive carefully, be alert to crews and equipment, and follow detour signs. While the detour is short, delays and congestion can be expected, especially during peak-hour drive times.
