This week’s drink, The Easy Rider, is another layered drink that is sure to impress!

The Easy Rider
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Peach snaps
1 oz. Blue Curaçao
½ oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Pineapple juice
Ready a glass of ice and pour in the pineapple juice. In a separate glass, mix vodka and grenadine and pour into your iced glass slowly and gently using a spoon to guide. Repeat with peach snaps and blue curacao. Garnish any number of ways: fresh pineapple slice, whipped cream, and cherry or rainbow marshmallows.
