Chick-fil-A is trying out new ideas to meet customers’ needs. They are testing a four-lane drive-thru in Atlanta with a kitchen above, including two lanes just for mobile orders. To make things faster, they will use an overhead conveyer belt system to deliver food.
These changes aim to make it easier for customers to skip the dining room and get their food quickly.
