A state law took effect July 1 that allows people in Florida to carry guns without concealed-weapons licenses. But nearly 2.58 million people had concealed weapons licenses as of July 31. Here are the counties with the most license holders:

I got mine 6 months before the law went into affect. Even though it is permitless, I strongly recommend getting one if you’re allowed. It will be better for you if anything happens.
I broke down a few years ago and got mine but I have carried about my whole life. I don’t follow politicians I follow our constitution the actual laws of our country and it gives me the right to bare arms and it doesn’t limit what kind of how many bullets it says arms. Second I have a god given right to protect my own life and if I ever needed to I will without hesitation. I’m over these democrats that think they are above our constitution them idiots should not even be in our government for they are sworn to protect our constitution not attack it so just that fact they broke the oath to office many need to go. Further more these liberal run cities with there anti gun laws just puts criminals above law abiding citizens making it hard to self protection. These cities can kiss my ass that’s infringement on our 2nd and no I for one if I ever come to your lawless city WILL BE PACKING for it’s not there right to infringe on such right. There are many in positions across our country that need thrown out. Our constitution is law they are to follow and any new law if it doesn’t align with our constitution is not valid period. Don’t let these idiots make brainless sheep out of you if your an American you have rights that are above there opinions. Screw these liberal politicians !!!!!

I had gotten my license in North Carolina a couple of years before moving to Florida. I’m Happy I don’t have to go through the process of renewing my concealed carry license again. To much of a pain. I’m glad DeSANTIS passed the law.
