The name of the Employee withheld
Not long after I started I realized very quickly that even with me and another employee trying to manage appointments, Terry Sandlak would add more and overbook to the point owners and their pets were waiting 2 or more hours just to be seen.
Multiple pets got vaccines that the owners didn’t ask for as well.
There was a point when a 70lb bulldog bit a vet tech in the face and Terry Sandlak did not send her to get medical care not report the bite even though the dog may or may not have had its rabies yet. It was overdue and there to get its rabies that day. Instead, all Sandlak did was ask the poor tech whether she wanted to stay and continue working or go home that day.
I also have not been paid for a day I worked all the way back on August 2nd though I have left messages several times about it.
Since I’ve shared my experience on FB Sandlak has texted me about how I should be ashamed of myself.
Another employee who seems very loyal to her also got my private email from my dog’s patient files and emailed me about it as well which I believe may be again HIPPA violation since I never gave said employee my email to begin with. So apparently patient files aren’t private either if an employee can take an owner’s private email or contact them without permission.
Editorial note: According to TLC PetSnip website Polk County Bully Project runs the company and board so why is Terry Sandlak even there …. Is she still taking Xanax from TLC PetSnip pharmacy?
