Floridians are experiencing unhealthy air quality and a smoggy atmosphere Tuesday due to Canadian wildfire smoke making its way into the American Southeast and Florida peninsula.

Fires continued to burn in Canada throughout September.
FOX Weather reported that wildfire smoke can typically drift into the continental U.S. and cause air quality degradations.
According to AirNow, the wildfire smoke has been sweeping across Florida.
As of Tuesday afternoon, those from Palm Coast down to Coral Springs and Naples are receiving the worst of it.
Impacts are present in the entire state. Jacksonville to Tampa is seeing moderate effects.
