CITY OF LAKELAND SEEKS COMMUNITY INPUT THROUGH COMMUNITY SURVEY

The City of Lakeland is seeking feedback through a survey designed for citizens to share their opinions on City services and available community amenities. The online survey can be accessed by visiting www.COLCsurvey.com  from October 15, 2023, through November 15, 2023.

The user-friendly survey asks respondents to share valuable feedback that will be used to set future priorities and strategic planning initiatives. Residents are encouraged to share their thoughts about the community and rate recent City interactions.  This will help the City plan and measure customer service experiences. Please take the time to participate in the Lakeland Community Survey. We want to hear from you.
