Two men with ties to Ethan Fussell’s disappearance have been arrested, according to court records.
Adonai Moran Rivera, 21, and Talon Page, 25, were both charged with destroying/tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact of a capital felony, records show.
The 21-year-old went missing on May 7. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said Fussell was last seen after an argument with someone on Driggers Road in Lakeland.
“This particular location has been known, according to some of the neighbors, for a lot of traffic in and out, maybe drug sales or drug usage,” Sheriff Grady Judd said.
Sheriff Judd had referred to Rivera and Page as “persons of interest” since they were the last two people seen with Fussell before his disappearance. The sheriff’s office had warrants out for their arrests in late May.
