The ONE thing that could throw a wrench into this forecast is where the actual center forms. If it develops East of current thinking, the track would be farther East.
I doubt it forms more to the West. If this early track is verified, the impacts on the Bay Area will be limited. The timing is Thursday and Friday. Long gone by next weekend. Monday will bring us a lot of answers.
