Polk County voters have until Thursday, October 24th to submit a request for a ballot to be mailed for the November 5th General Election. Requests for mail ballots can be made by contacting the Elections Office at (863) 534-5888 or online at PolkElections.gov.
“No stamp is necessary to return the ballot as the return postage is pre-paid,” said Supervisor of Elections Lori Edwards.
Mail ballots may be returned by mail or dropped off at the Supervisor of Elections Offices in Bartow and Winter Haven until 7 pm on Election Day. Ballots may also be dropped off at one of the ten convenient Early Voting sites during days and hours of operation.
