Hurricane Rafael Track Update: As of 7 pm, the new NHC track continues to show Rafael poses no threat to Florida. The Cat 3 Major hurricane is currently hitting Western Cuba with 115 mph winds. As the storm moves West in the Gulf, it will slow down and weaken. I wouldn’t be surprised if it actually dies out before ever making landfall along the US coastline.
