Crock Pot Christmas Crack

This is one of the easiest recipes that I make during the holiday season and everyone LOVES it! Be careful though… it is EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE!

Cook time: 1 Hr 30 Min  Prep time: 1 Hr 5 Min  Yield: a LOT

Ingredients

1 lb unsalted peanuts

1 lb salted peanuts

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

12 oz milk chocolate chips

20 oz peanut butter chips

2 lb white almond bark or vanilla candy coating

Directions

Test Kitchen Tips: Cooking time really depends on your slow cooker. In ours, the chocolate melted in a little over an hour and we stirred the mixture every 30 minutes. We suggest keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t scorch.

1. Layer all ingredients except the bark in a large slow cooker (starting with the peanuts).

2. Break apart the bark into chunks and place into the slow cooker as the last layer.

3. Turn the pot on low, cover with the lid, and leave to cook 1 hour.

4. Remove the lid and stir to combine.

5. Replace the lid and cook for another 30 minutes, keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn.

6. Stir again. Spoon mixture in small piles onto wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil.

7. Allow the candy to harden for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
