Emma Holland is an award-winning artist living in Largo, Florida, whose commissioned paintings are in private collections throughout the United States. While her most familiar work features animals, Holland is also a member of the Portrait Society of America and has won many awards in shows across the state of Florida. Holland has studied at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center and at Morean Art Center in St. Pete with Rebecca Skelton. In 2016, she studied portraiture under Ron Marvin at Suntan Art Center and Beach Art Center. While Holland works primarily with acrylics and oil, she has been experimenting recently with mixed media. Her newest interest is mixed media with oil paint, acrylic, art paper, wallpaper, and colored inks. In addition to creating art and innovating with new media, Holland also uses her talents to provide art therapy to patients with dementia.
