The fourth annual Lakeland Book Crawl will take place April 24-26.
All seven participating bookstores will offer their Book Crawl specials every day of the event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Lkld Book Crawl passports are available at Bookends Used Books, 5100 U.S. 98 N., No. 4, in Lakeland. Other participating stores are BooksaReaderville, Crash Bookshop, Inklings Used Book Shoppe, Little Bus Books, Pressed Books and Coffee and the Unbound Bookery. Each store will have special deals and promotions available for the entirety of the event, according to a news release.
The bookstores have partnered with local businesses, including Bungalow Boutique & Gifts, Krazy Kombucha, The Nectary and Jessie’s Gourmet Sandwiches, to offer other deals.
The event will end with a finale on April 26 at Somos Church, where attendees can bring their passports in exchange for the chance to win various prizes. Proprietors of the bookstores will be at this event, along with some local authors.
