There’s something about peanut butter cookies that feels like home. It is not the difficultly crafted desserts that require an entire day of hard work to prepare- it’s pure and simple pleasure in each bite.

Nothing hits the spot when I am craving a quick bite like a good old peanut butter and jelly sandwich. And guess what? These Peanut Butter Cookies, made with Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter, are just as super easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Of course, you can purchase these cookies at your favorite local grocery stores or retail brands. However, it’s more satisfying making them homemade.

All you need are four ingredients. Three steps. That’s it, and you’ll have 20 cookies to serve in 25 minutes. My family can’t get enough of these. After school snacks, weekend game nights, or just because it’s Tuesday—these cookies fit right in. The best part? You probably have everything you need in your pantry right now.

Perfectly sweet and delightfully soft, these cookies are just right for breakfast with coffee, packed in the kids’ lunchboxes, or served warm after dinner. They make great desserts for parties and fun times with friends and family.

The creamy peanut butter creates a melt-in-your-mouth texture that’s impossible to resist. The sugar adds just enough sweetness without overpowering the nutty flavor that makes these cookies so difficult to resist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter
  • No-stick cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Step one: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two baking sheets with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Step two: Stir together Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter, sugar, and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets. Using a fork, press to make crisscross pattern on top of each cookie.
  3. Step three: Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned, rotating pans halfway through bake time. Let stand 1 minute on baking sheets. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
