The board has set this house up to fail, why?

The Lakelander Editor RJ Walters,
Realtor Yolonda Floyd,
Attorney Hannah George,
Assistant VP LRMC Women and Children Laurie Shea,
and Grace City Lyndsy Flanagan,
with the expectations to hold accountable any and all individuals that join the forces of Hope House to preserve and protect its mission and integrity.
Is RJ Walters and Tara Johnson having a so-called fair, the two them have meetings outside of the board meetings all the time, why?
Then RJ Walters just tells the board members what was decided on.
