Our cut-off to accept show vehicles is Monday, September 15th – just two weeks away.

Entries for the Concours d’Elegance and the Downtown Open Car Show need to be completed by 11:59pm on September 15th. We need the lead time to produce a custom display sign for each vehicle. We also curate the locations for all vehicles in both Saturday events. The Downtown Open Car Show takes place throughout historic downtown Lakeland, and the Concours takes place around beautiful Lake Mirror. Both events are adjacent, and occur Saturday, October 18th.

• Friday, October 17th enjoy the “Visit Central Florida – Hot Rod Rendezvous.” Kick off the weekend Friday with a fun atmosphere, live band & special vehicle debuts. See over 200 Hot Rods, Street Rods & more! Cobras and Ford GT’s will be special featured cars. Mingle with honored guests and stunning vehicles while the sun sets over beautiful Lake Mirror.
• Saturday, October 18th be amazed by the Lake Mirror Classic Concours d’Elegance and the Downtown Open Car Show presented by MIDFLORIDA Credit Union. Both events take place adjacent to each other and at the same time. Top collectors from around the country will descend on Lakeland. The Downtown Open Car Show is convenient to restaurants shops and hotels creating a fun experience. This combines to create a huge event including all the grandeur of the Lake Mirror Promenade where rolling works of art mesh with special displays of vintage mahogany boats and Amphicars in and around Lake Mirror! This unique venue sets the Lake Mirror Classic apart.
• Sunday, October 19th is the Lake Miror Classic Road Tour Presented by the 1000 Miglia Experience. The 48-mile road tour is a perfect way to end a fun weekend. Enjoy some of the most scenic roads in Central Florida. Fun clues guide your way to the fun location at the end. This is a great way to share time with old friends and make new ones!

This year we celebrates 60 years of Shelby & Ford Performance. We will feature GT40’s, Cobras, Ford GT’s and other historically significant Shelby vehicles. The Concours will also delight in the beauty of Brass Era Cars, Antiques, Pre-War Classics, Cars of the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, Muscle Cars, Race Cars and vehicles through our “Golden Anniversary Class…yes 1975 was 50 years ago. We also feature “Vehicles That Built America” with concours level tractors and trucks, plus military vehicles & more. See antique and vintage motorcycles, bicycles, mahogany boats and Amphicars in and around Lake Mirror. The Downtown Open Car Show features streets of British, German, a street of Exotics, American Classics, Restomods, Hot Rods and a street of Asian vehicles including JDM cars. We even have a street of French cars! As always, Corvettes are a big contingent along with Mustangs, Thunderbirds, trucks, muscle cars, customs and more.

Our 100% volunteer team will assure a great time for all entrants and guests.
