Update:
FHP Troopers have located and arrested the hit-and-run driver at his residence located at 106 West Ohio Avenue in Tampa. The suspect vehicle, a 2001 Honda Passport, has been recovered, and the driver, LIJAH IBIN MUHAMMAD-ROOMES, 34, will be charged with leaving the Scene of a Fatal Crash.

Vehicle 1, operated by an unknown driver, was traveling westbound on US-92. East of Mobile Villa Drive, the vehicle traveled onto the shoulder of the highway and collided with a bicyclist who was also traveling westbound. Following the collision, the driver fled the scene in a vehicle described as possibly a silver or dark-colored mid-sized SUV. The bicyclist, a 38-year-old Nicaragua man, suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
