• Stronger lifesaving programs
• Expanded spay/neuter initiatives
• Meaningful partnerships with rescues
• Implementation and support of TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) for community cats
• Open communication with the public
TNVR is a humane, evidence-based approach used successfully in many communities to reduce outdoor cat populations, prevent suffering, and decrease shelter intake over time.
