We found a building permit filed with the City of Lakeland for a $450,000 remodel at 1474 Town Center Dr, Suite 102, inside Lakeside Village.
The permit lists Miniso as the tenant.
Lakeland’s first Miniso opened at Lakeland Square Mall in August 2025, drawing a large crowd.
This new filing points to a second location on the other side of town, in Lakeside Village.
The permit is still under review, so nothing is finalized yet.
No opening date has been announced.
