Eli Lev is a singer-songwriter and global citizen whose “indie folk poptimism” pairs lyric-driven storytelling with a deep sense of presence and shared humanity. Known for warm, earthy performances, Eli creates live experiences that feel both intimate and communal. His journey is deeply informed by his time teaching on the Navajo Nation in Arizona. The wisdom he encountered there inspired his Four Directions Project, which has since expanded into the Three Worlds Project: a trilogy exploring the coexistence of past, present, and future.
His latest album, Past Lives, weaves ancestral memory into songs featuring archival family recordings. The project reached #2 on the Folk Alliance International (FAI) charts and won three 2026 WAMMIE Awards, including Best Folk Album. A blend of the storytelling of The Avett Brothers and the energy of The Lumineers, Eli has performed at The Kennedy Center and the 9:30 Club. To date, he has played in 49 U.S. states and 15 countries including Andorra, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
