The Lakeland Police Department is a better place because of the dedicated service of Joycelyn Stockbridge.
Joycelyn recently celebrated 25 years of service with the Lakeland Police Department where she has been a valuable member of the 911 Emergency Communications team.
City Manager Tony Delgado joined Chief Garcia and other City staff at the quarterly Employee Service Awards to honor City employees who have earned 10 or more years of service.
Although modest about her service, we know that being a true first responder as a member of the 911 team is critical to providing quick quality service to citizens when they need it most.
