Incident Description
A line break of approximately ? inch in size occurred in a 24 inch Force Main, resulting in a discharge of approximately 40,000 gallons onto the ground. The incident is under investigation at this time and more information on the discharge will be provided once available. A significant amount of the spill was recovered and the approximate amount is still to be determined. The discharge did not enter any surface water bodies, waters of the State and did not pose a potential risk to the public health, safety or welfare.
