City Receives Request to Postpone Public Hearing for Proposed Lake Miriam Apartment Complex

The applicant for a proposed 244 dwelling unit apartment complex on approximately 12.07 acres located south of Lake Miriam Square Shopping Center, north of Lake Miriam Drive, east of S. Florida Avenue, and west of Lakeland Highlands Middle School has requested that the public hearing on their requested rezoning for the property be continued from the March 21^st Lakeland City Commission meeting to the April 4^th City Commission meeting. 

The City Commission will consider the applicant’s requested continuance at its March 18^th agenda study and will formally vote on the continuance at its March 21^st City Commission meeting.
