Polk County Sheriff’s Robbery detectives are seeking the public’s help in an armed robbery at the Dollar General Store located at 3750 Duff Road in Lakeland.
At 2:45 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022, the unknown male suspect (pictured) went into the store, behind the counter, pointed a black handgun at the clerks, and demanded money.
After the robbery, the suspect fled in a gold four-door car with black rims.
The suspect is described as a white male, wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt, black pants with silver zippers, a black ski mask, sunglasses, and gloves.
