Steve Platt, a city groundskeeper dubbed “The Swanfather,” led approximately 20 staff in the 42nd annual Swan Roundup on Lake Morton, Tuesday morning.
Before the wrangling began, two motorboats, each manned by a team consisting of a driver and catcher, took a first lazy lap around the lake at approximately 7:40 a.m.
