It’s almost time for the Third Annual Costume Contest with the City of Lakeland, FL – Government! 
To be eligible, you must live in the Lakeland Electric service territory. There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize in two categories, ages 15 & younger and 16 & older.

The Communications Department will select five entries from each category. Once the top contenders are chosen, voting will be open for 48 hours. The winners will be announced Friday, November 4. Prizes will be available for pick-up from City Hall.
Every year this contest gets bigger and better and so does the prizes! We can’t wait to see your photos!
