What makes a next-level Halloween party? Spooky drinks of course! This Halloween is extra busy for us at The Twisted Mixer with several Halloween parties and a Halloween themed wedding! EEK! And what would a Halloween party be anyway, without some frightful treats and devilishly good libations?
As you can probably guess, I love Halloween! And I have been waiting for October to start so I can give you 5 Halloween themed cocktails & mocktails! 1 for every week of this sinister month! Indulge in the fun world of Halloween cocktails, where drinks are concocted with a touch of mischief and enigmatic flair, making them the ultimate source of fun and mystery.
This captivating drink brings a fun twist to the classic Midori Sour. Our Witches Brew drink takes the beloved melon-infused concoction and kicks it up a notch with the addition of a shot of vodka. The spooky green color makes is best served in your favorite cauldron but whatever skull you have laying around will do.
For a variation add some Melon Ball skewers, black cocktail cherries, or rim with black sugar.
Now don’t be afraid child! Step right inside…the witch is in! Tell me now, what is it your heart desires? Youth? Wealth? Immortality? Let me see what my book of spells has for you. Ah, the Witches Brew cocktail. Witches Brew, and slimy stew, monsters, rats, and wrinkled-up shrew!
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Vodka
1 ½ oz Midori Melon Liqueur
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to your cauldron and give it a good stir pour over ice. Have a sip of this bane and see how you feel. Sinfully Simple.
