This easy cocktail is like a set of icicle lights in a glass: It’s classy, sparkly, and oh-so-Christmasy.
Ingredients
1 oz. peppermint schnapps, plus more for glass rim
Finely crushed starlight mints, for rim
Prosecco or other sparkling wine
Directions
Step 1 Place peppermint schnapps on a small plate. Place mints on a second small plate. Dip the rim of a Champagne glass in the schnapps then in the mints. Pour schnapps into prepared glass and top with Prosecco.
