A: An alley cat!
If you like black cats 
like we do, here are two sweeties we have available for adoption:
Sadie is an approximately 2.5 year-old, solid black kitty with pale green 
eyes. She’s an attention-seeking girl with a wonderful purr-sonality. While all the other kitties are gobbling up their treats, Sadie is practically doing somersaults to get noticed by our volunteers! She couldn’t care less about treats–she just wants some lovin’. She’ll jump onto a nearby shelf and nudge your hand for head and chin scratches.
Since we trapped Sadie was in a cat colony, one of her ears is tipped. The plan was to release her back, but she was so friendly we decided to adopt out this lovable 
kitty.
Inky is the other black beauty we’re placing up for adoption. She is about 3.5 years old with celery-green eyes and a humorous disposition. She likes to hang upside down on the cat tree when seeking attention. She’s frequently found chilling out on top of the wall or a high shelf observing the goings on in her cat cottage. She loves treats and to play with the 
toys, especially when misted with catnip spray. Inky likes to be the center of attention when we have visitors or volunteers. She’s happiest when she’s having her back scratched or head petted.
Both of these kitties get along very well with other cats and would do fine with a small
dog. The ideal home would be one with someone who can furnish them with the love 
and attention they long for. We would prefer someone who works remotely from home, or a mature person or couple who can a provide a quiet environment to give them the time they need to adjust. Either one of the girls would be comfortable with older kids, but no small children. Both Inky and Sadie would make excellent companions for a special someone who’s looking for a sweet, kitty companion.
