A heartwarming shoutout goes to Mobility Express for their incredible act of kindness. When Mrs. Linda approached our officers for help with De’andre’s broken wheelchair handle, we never imagined the outpouring of generosity that would follow.
De’andre’s wheelchair handle had broken in half, thus, it was nearly impossible to push him. Officers went to Mobility Express to see if they had replacement parts to attempt a repair. Alas, none of the options seemed to work.
So the team loaded De’andre, Jaylen, and the broken wheelchair up, and went to Mobility Express with the intentions of buying De’andre a new wheelchair. They were told no.
Instead, The team at Mobility Express donated a brand-new wheelchair to Deandre!
