Polk County Fire Rescue extends an invitation to the public for the grand opening of the new Eaton Park Fire Station 35 at 3409 Reynolds Road in Lakeland. The ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 16, and includes speeches from Polk County leaders, station tours, and meeting the new station’s crew.
Station 35 will serve the Eaton Park community while supporting Saddle Creek Fire Station 39 and Highland City Fire Station 28. The Eaton Park station will house one Engine company, one ambulance, and due to its central location, our Special Operations Team’s Heavy Rescue apparatus.
